I tried the first one and (Sorry!) didn’t like it, even though the series just seems kind of perfect for me.

I found the story didn’t grab me and while I love the grindy stuff I do really want that story to pull me in.

I was going to ask if this one might be better than the first one in terms of story, but one sentence

The D&D mention is weird for me, since I got into MTG waiting for my D&D group to show up to the shop. Didn’t play for years until I got a regular group years later and they all played commander afterwards!

Commander is super fun btw for casual fans who want to play all at once!

Well said.

I think you could make a good pun or two with “letterboxes” though.

“I had to include at least one song about hating Margaret Thatcher” - Bands need to start doing this again. Imagine the bangers we could have about Boris!

Have you played Persona 5? I’d say that’s the exception to this (good) rule.

Some bands aren’t on Spotify at all annoyingly. Like Tool.

Have you tried Dark Souls?

Hi Gita (or any Kotkau commenter who knows). Can I ask what speakers they are and if you would recommend them? (I can see they are creative, but amazon’s not turning up much). They look perfect for my cramped desk.

He does. They even made it consistent across all 3 games, rather than just the first one.

I’m 25. She always had a PC until she replaced it with a laptop, and then replaced that with an iPad.

Johnny Castaway. My Grandmother had a PC with him on and I’d watch him for ages.

Twitch is still that way :( Partners get them all the time, affiliates get them when they get a high enough view count (we think, it’s a bit of a mystifying process).

The mumbled drove me absolutely mad in Rise of the Tomb Raider. You would try to puzzle it out, get a little stuck and before you really got a chance to think it through Lara would mumble the solution and spoil it. Really great change there.

Honestly, as someone who uses twitch a lot. This is sensationalist nonsense from Nathan and Ninja. Most of those will have been Twitch Prime subs which do not autorenew. Then when Ninja came back they will have resubbed.

Having the streamer see the resub is a big part of subbing. Ninja knows that and I’m pretty sure

325 reviews. That is some awesome dedication!

Your issue might be with the streamer you picked. Of course it might just not be for you, but if you want that “couch with your buddies” feel you want a small streamer. Find someone with 10-15 viewers who actually interacts with their viewers and you get exactly what you stated: a group of regulars who become friends.

I’m English and it’s pretty common parlance around here. It’s like when you’re “on it like a car bonnet”. It makes no fucking sense but that’s just the kinda stuff we say.

Endless scrolling claims another victim.

*through tears* They look like really good boys.

I like achievements as a rule. I have 7 perfect games on steam and a few platinums on PSN. I find it a fun way to get replayability out of a good game and to add some challenge. Much like cheating in a multiplayer game, I just don’t understand how these meaningless achievements give any form of satisfaction.
