“We’re hearing it. We’re looking at a lot of the possibilities. You can imagine that the circumstances around that affect a lot more than just one game. I’m confident we’ll get to a solution which will be understood and accepted by our gaming community, while at the same time supporting our business.”

I too bought a Wii U, but I don’t consider it a waste of money. It was good for a couple of Mario games, a few Zelda games, Mario Kart 8, and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U (a game I absolutely loved). I’d lump it in with the Dreamcast as a console I love even though it was technically a failure. (And the Wii U has a

Microsoft really needed Halo 6 for this year. Maybe they were putting all of their eggs into the Sea of Thieves basket, but we know how that panned out. Hopefully we’ll at least get a Halo 6 teaser trailer at E3. A Gears of War 5 trailer would be nice too.

I take an all or nothing stance on timed exclusivity. I think it can be beneficial to have timed exclusivity for an entire game. It allows a developer to focus on just one platform, and that’s something that can have excellent results (as we saw with Rise of the Tomb Raider on Xbox One). But I don’t like timed

Scalebound didn’t look all that great to me, but maybe that’s because dragons just aren’t my thing.

I still love my Xbox One even though it doesn’t have the most exciting line-up of games. I still have quite a backlog for it, so I guess you could say that the lack of quality new games on the platform is kind of a good thing as far as I’m concerned.

I tend to get more excited about the 360 games on offer because I can keep them permanently. I’m probably going to let go of my Gold subscription when it runs out and any Xbox One games I had with that subscription will disappear with it.

I’m wondering if this new multiplayer component is going to incorporate cross-play. If it is, then to what extent? Will there be Xbox One/PC and PS4/PC cross-play but no Xbox One/PS4 cross-play?

I agree. I love Amy Acker and I love Fred to a degree, but it was as if Joss Whedon was completely smitten with Fred by season 5. “Winifred Burkle. Go.” is the worst line I can remember in the entirety of Buffy and Angel.

I’m not sure how well I can answer your question. I’m not a financial advisor.

Under my TAY post about loot boxes, somebody responded to me with an idea that I think could work to mitigate the negative impact of loot boxes without getting rid of them: no duplicate items. If you want to obtain every loot box item in a game, you would know exactly how much money you need to spend in order to do

You’re right about the benefits for owners of 1080p televisions; but for me, those benefits just aren’t worth $500. If there were some way for me to upgrade my current Xbox One to that level for, say, $200, then I might consider it. But for $500, I would want a next-gen Xbox — not an upgraded version of the current

Maybe it would be time to upgrade if I had a 4K TV. But since I’m going to be using my 1080p TV for the foreseeable future, I’m fine with using my regular Xbox One. Games like Rise of the Tomb Raider and Gears of War 4 look great on it. No real reason for me to upgrade.

I didn’t realize how good I have it with my Xbox One. Check another consumer-friendly box for Microsoft. It seems weird to me that cloud saves aren’t standard across all current gen consoles.

Maybe it’s because I don’t have a 4K TV (and I won’t be getting one anytime soon), but I’m fine with my original Xbox One. I think games look great on it (especially Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of War 4, and the remastered Bioshock Infinite). Would it be nice to have an Xbox One X? Sure. But for me, it just isn’t

The first Silent Hill movie was a pretty good disappointment. The atmosphere was nailed and the story hit all the right beats, but there were certain things about it that just didn’t work.

Some of the best times I had with Mass Effect: Andromeda involved exploring beyond the barrier on a map and going all the way to the map’s rendered edge. I did it on three worlds: Kadara (my favorite), Eos, and Voeld. Something interesting that would happen when I went far enough beyond the barrier was that my two NPC

I’m hoping for a Mass Effect Trilogy remaster too. I had hoped that they would announce it during the last N7 Day, but maybe they didn’t want to risk overshadowing the still-relevant Andromeda with that news. Since Anthem has been pushed back to 2019, this year’s E3 would be a great time for them to announce a Mass

I don’t want the next generation to come around until at least 2020. This generation hit its stride in 2016 and has been going strong ever since. I want it to keep going until they’re able to make a truly impressive generational leap at a reasonable price. It’s going to take some serious hardware to make it so that
