Somebody better do it soon, then. My town shuttered a Chrysler dealer. The building is now a Salvation Army center.

Sooth. Ram is just a dent in F150/Silverado sales.
And afterwards, we can go for a ride in my space shuttle.
Like a Renegade made on the 500??? Inconceivable!!
??? I’m familiar with the Caliber, etc., rebadged, but Fiat?
But, if you’re familiar with how video works, the color can easily change from warning to not-warning.
It doesn’t seem impossible to me for Ford or GM to want to get their hands on Jeep. And maybe Ferrari. Fiat isn’t doing that great here, and the 500 would simply compete with their other small car plans. Ram cuts into F150 and Silverado sales.
It would be funny if it wasn’t so horrible. Every time someone says things like; “Bring manufacturing back to the U.S.”, they get nailed by the ‘NAFTA and Free Trade are the greatest’ crowd. Anyone who says cheap imports that only profit corporations like Apple, etc., are part of the problem gets crucified.
And that is no joke. We almost hit a point where my Wife’s job hardly covered daycare.
Color does have it’s purpose, though. The ‘door open’ warning should display said open door in red. Color is used to make things obvious, especially if you just want to occasionally glance at something. Why do you think everything has colored warning lights?
True, and it is Oklahoma. Last time I was there, I swore technology stopped about the early ‘60s.
The closest I’ll ever get is my dog is a distant relative of the one on the right.
Bulletproof, dependable, easy to work on.... how not great?
Why couldn’t they just keep building that? That’s more like the Mini of my memories. Small, and love the smaller wheels. Bring that back.
Okay, that 2-door is truly tempting. Why do you show us all the things we can’t have?
I think it’s because the tests I’ve seen are always on a calibrated gallon, on a flat course. They don’t really take into account things like stop-and-go, lights, or those pesky hills.
I must be the only person to see the uselessness of this...
I know they made more. But sometimes new parts are bolt-compatible with old bikes, and sometimes they aren’t. I popped a new trans on a 20-year-old bike once, no problem. Then, I couldn’t find an oil filter for an 8-year-old one. Making the same bike often isn’t ‘the same bike’, if you get me.
Not to go against the grain, but I’m kinda for this sort of thing. I don’t mean like being down for a few days until that RockAuto shipment comes in, but like my neighbor... their Camry broke, and it sat there for 4 years, tires going flat, covered in crud. Didn’t help it had been wrecked, either.
My Yokohamas lasted 75,000 miles, and were still legal when I replaced them. Ever watch NASCAR? There’s no way I’m going to put Goodyears on my car when I haven’t seen a set last more than 80 miles without blowing.
