Really. There’s enough idiots with driving only in 2 dimensions. What happens when we add Z in?

That’s a decent philosophy. I did some travelling while I was young enough to have fun.
I have a 2009. But to be truthful, one big reason I’m still driving it is that Chevy won’t sell me a brand new HHR.
This is so true. You get a new car, take care of it, and love it. But if you get hit, there is NO WAY you can afford an equivalent replacement with what they ‘award’ you. This happened to me once.
My Wife’s company is like that. One manager bought a BMW. Within 3 months, 5 others did.
This needs waaaaaay more stars. I like to buy new, because I’ve had cars in the past pretty much badly treated. But I can baby my cars 10 years. I like that 5 years no payments.
1st... Still sounds like the only one screwed is the buyer. The dealer takes no risk on the used car. Let’s say you get $4000 trade in on a car you owe $5000 on. The loan goes up, but the dealer will probably sell that car for $6000 or more. You pay more money, more interest, but the dealer makes the same profit. What…
Unless you had the 4.3 engine. Believe me, I know.
5th. I guess Hyundai is just trying to find that one magic design that gets sales. So many of their cars just look like anything else, so there’s no incentive to move over from a Ford or Chevy. The part that gets me is that some of their models show great promise, but they won’t go anywhere with it. The Rondo is…
Meh. Huge, square, and ugly as sin. I bought a 2000 because it had that curved hood, maybe just a touch of retro in there. Of course, when I like a design they quit making it. I won’t buy another Silverado until they bring that slim look back.
In ‘98, I did get a Lufthansa flight on a 747 with a bar. Most fun trip I’ve ever had.
I remember one small/medium airport I went through in the ‘70s...
I had one of those! Impresses the peasants when you move the lever and the 4WD lights up.
Somewhere about 75 miles left, mine switches to ‘low range’.
Yeah. And that includes the Datsun 240Z. The first one I saw in Japan was badged “Fair Lady”.
Because that’s $2,000 AMERICAN. That would be, what? $40,000 Canadian?
Actually, it was that, too. My Father knew someone who knew someone, y’know, that kind of thing. My Mom had been driving a Delmont 88 (The 4-4-2 Cutlass in a 4-door) for some time, and he had made some money with his business. He got a Regal, in blue, vinyl roof, etc, with this engine and drive train in it.
Predator, as in something you’d run away from, maybe. Or something you never hope to see in the wild.
You’re right about the beak. But this... thing wouldn’t grow on me if it was a fungus.
At least that gen looks more functional. If you’re going for style, at least make some attempt to have a reason for it.
