I've had my 4S for a year. It has NEVER been in a case. And I am about to photograph it and stick it on Craigslist as 100% mint condition. And it will not be a lie.

Most people buy their phone at the subsidized (or semi-subsidized) price. Molly never said Apple is losing money on these things. She specifically states that she's talking subsidy rates.

Not to be rude, but to be "informed" on a subject, you typically need to have read more than one Book.

I've always seen the Wizards as sort of Tolkien's Time Lords: a race of higher beings who aren't really meant to be interfering in the affairs of Middle Earth, come what may. Which essentially makes Gandalf the Doctor. He even regenerates!

It's a fictional character. It's okay if he has a wife. Though, Joe Quesada may try to retcon it.

Man, I was expecting something much more clever. Like some footage that managed in some ways to match up with what was being said. What a let-down.

The first one is great, because it lists a million iPhone features while totally omitting complimentary features of the SIII. Just like the original ad did the other way around.

I think it's a good strategy. I think we've seen a trend toward people being willing to spend more on quality items, even in a down economy. I haven't seen less Priuses (Prii?) on the road because there's a Kia available at half the price (I've never seen one of those on the road, FYI). And now Apple has the highest

Man, I seriously don't get the hate. Apple's old ear buds are the ONLY ones I've ever used (and I've looked around a lot... including a pair that runs ~$100) that consistently stay in my hear and don't hurt.

We'll see in the announcement tomorrow. I've been against a larger iPhone screen all along, but the way they implemented it—longer but not wider—intrigues me. I'm hoping they have some specific reason for doing it, other than "people like big screens."

You seem to be under the impression that Stalin's USSR had really anything at all to do with Marxist ideals. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Marxist (though I do think that it is the responsibility of a governing body to provide for the health and well-being of those it governs, rather than leaving them solely to the

Hey, Fox News buzzword guy: 1) These atrocities have been known about by the public for decades. It's common knowledge to anyone who knows anything at all about 20th century history. Outrage a-plenty has been had. This is discussing NEW information, namely the fact that the US knew the Soviets had perpetrated this

I think they made this just to go with the Find My Friends app that Jesus hates so much.

I think that the best example of a meta marketing-message movie is, no joke, Josie and the Pussycats.

I wish we could up-vote comments. Well said.

Yeah... It's an iPhone 4 with a two-tone back. They don't even need to defend the new iPhone against this lawsuit. This is silly. It's not even got the longer form factor of the new iPhone.

Yeah, I actually used my original dock with my 4 and 4s! But it was still disappointing to lose a $30 value when upgrading my phone.

My first iPhone came with a dock. I was pretty irked when I got the 3G and then had to buy my own dock.

I have tiny ears. Like, baby ears. The Apple earbuds are the only ones I have ever tried that stay in my ears and can do so with comfort for hours at a time.

I've just been playing with it and I must say, I like it MUCH better. Well, on iPad, anyway.
