I still think they should call any upcoming EV sedan from Chevy the ChEVelle, then make the Buick version an Electra.

The SRT brand - an idea before its time.

NP for part-out factor. Wheels would fetch 500, elbow grease and a brush for the visualized interior bits would bring another 500.  Even if you scrapped the rest, the risk outlay is very small. Could probably be >$1000 in scrap alone. Clean title.

If you have a red Mercedes convertible that needs a $100 part to make it run, and you haven’t taken the opportunity to make more for it, my first and only question is “why not?”

I’m in the same boat. Sure it might be a lot more than a fuel pump, but it’s $1650. You can afford to do more than a fuel pump to have a fun vehicle.

You mean Webster

Yes! The fact that this didnt come as a factory option is baffling.

Big miscalculation on the manufacturer’s part. Old woody wagons are sort of ironically cool, because they’re so old and dated looking that they come around again. The same effect is not had by putting the aesthetic on a modern vehicle. Exhibit A: PT Cruiser woody.

Also, that’s the whole point of the “grand” Wagoneer... the woodgrain :p

because it makes it look better.

I’m with you. It’s a lot for a Yugo, but it’s really nice for any 34 year old car. And we’re not talking the 20/30/40 grand asking prices we’ve seen on some “museum quality” old commuter cars that Rob brings us. For the right hipster with nostalgia and some cash, I’m sayin NP

I guess if you’re a Yugo cultist, this might be the nicest one you’ll find. But if you’re a Yugo cultist, maybe you don’t want the nicest one, because you’re into pain but you can’t afford an actual Italian car, so you go for something Italian-adjacent.

Well, the AAA service is “free” with your membership. Ideally, dealing with AAA would be just like you dealing directly with the towing company. It would have been relatively quick and you get towed, but the cost would have already been covered by your membership fees.

So I’ve never subscribed to something like AAA. I’ve needed a car towed a few times in the 19 years I’ve been driving, and each time I just call a tow company, and they come get me. Easy Peasy

Yes that is correct.

I pronounce it “B-Zax.”

Admittedly, if I was Toyota I would be concerned about the bZ4X.   Someone needs to catch that damn cat that named it while walking across the keyboard.   It should be the 2nd highest priority at Toyota.  (First is to take away the ugly sticks from the stylists)

OK, do some Craigslist database searching, what can I find? Huh, something I had no idea that it existed.

I bet each of the customers affected will enjoy their $1.09 share of the settlement.

The last car loan I had was 0% for 36 months. So I’m supposed to pull cash money out of my portfolio because why?
