I forget what they’re called, and I loved them as a kid, but they’re very tiny, white salted fish that you sprinkle on rice. I can’t ever find the same ones anywhere, but those are pretty great, as well.

One thing I loved as a kid but don’t eat now is natto. Which his weird because it feels like it’d be the opposite.
