I wonder if ESPN is the replacement broadcaster. They just picked up Formula 1 for next year. If they get the WEC we could actually see a broadcaster push some advertising to get eyeballs on this series (ESPN needs all the eyeballs it can get). It would make for good cross-promotion. WEC was always an also-ran at Fox

I think this is a generational problem. I grew up playing video games with my friends, so that’s what I do as an adult. My generation will take the reigns in society over the next couple of decades and it won’t be weird anymore. Every generation judges the next as worse than their own.

Agreed, but as long as they’re handing it out to private, for-profit enterprises as they are wont to do, I would prefer they do it with a company aggressively pursuing something positive for our future like EVs instead of funding the military.
