In my experience they don't do it faster though. I've had packages that go through USPS (BtoB no less) that take over 5 business days to deliver 300 miles. I could care less about their pension funding or if they have taken taxpayer money. I have an issue with their service.

Thats not the point. The point is that I've had packages ship from Chicago take 5 or more business days to be delivered when I'm only 300 miles away. To me that is unacceptable. Something that is in a simple bubble envelope and weighs less than a pound takes more than a week? That shouldn't happen.
