I think you’re approaching the 3.3 spaces concept wrong. The 3.3 spaces doesn’t make sense when you realize it’s not a 1:1. We don’t all drive at the same time or to the same place. Having 3.3 spaces available per car, means that there is an over abundance of spaces available at all times.
I had a similar change of context with age. Now that I’m older, I found the lack of choice disturbing. Becoming one with God may be great and all, but without choice, it becomes a bit more like hell.

This is a really smart move on Marvel’s part. With recent news and the #blacklivesmatter movement, picking the right author was key. It would be very easy to turn an African prince of a fictional nation into something silly.

I enjoyed this film and it was miles ahead of Jumper.
I wonder if an origin story would work? Certainly some problems, but what if the story was a young doctor training to be a Time Lord, and some of the adventures that led him to steal a TARDIS at a later age?

The new Borderlands movie looks fantastic!
I think they spent too much time worrying about Clara and establishing the Doctor in relationship to her. Really needed some big ideas for Capaldi to push against.
Being a Whovian, this is exactly how my wife described the show to me - "think American Doctor Who - cheesy without British humour and snarkiness". I enjoy the show, but I think there are a couple of points which keep me from falling head over heels for it:
