My wife’s 2022 Kia Niro Plugin Hybrid has the backup beep, and it is insanely loud.

I hope the trunk space has improved. I ended up going with a ‘22 KIA Niro PHEV, as the overall interior spacing/room was better including a more usable trunk area.

No one asked, but I love the arrows on my wife’s Kia Niro PHEV

In Maine, it’s all about the “beater”, or the shit box, that you pay less than $500 for

I put snow tires on my Outbacks, and they become absolute tanks in the snow.

They have their empty Mountain Dew bottles, right? Or am I missing something here?

I mean, we know there will be handwringing about muslims, a muslim girl, a brown muslim girl - it will happen like clockwork. It always does.

At the same time, the man is human and acknowledging that some things are inescapable, even our past times that we like to think of as “pure”, when they are clearly not.

Yeah, I’m not sure why they didn’t actually build it as separable - a bike and a trailer/boat.

What is with all of these overpriced Suzukis. They’re nostalgic and fun, but 8k?

I’m always in the grays as well - and have been commenting for years...

I’m in Maine, and I still regularly get close calls and aggressive drivers.

I’m a runner, cyclist, and love cars, but we’ve given over so much infrastructure to vehicles that in many areas walking and cycling is secondary and therefore more dangerous than driving. I’m part of a Bike and Pedestrian Advisory Committee for my town, and in the last year or so, drivers have been getting

The fact that we do too much of it. It’s barely enjoyable any more; most of our driving is in response to the obligatory slog of work.
