Not really a Star Trek fan in general, but IMO IV is the absolute worst. I’ve always hated future sci-fi doing the present day America trope. It’s always terrible, and it’s always the same jokes. Not to mention the whole whale part of the story. That was nauseating late 80s environmentalism at its worst.

I’m curious how fast it accelerates. So from a dead stop, foot on the ground, how long does it take to get up to like 30mph. While I’m sure that depends on a number of factors, like how hard you pedal, I’d think they’d be able to give some sort of estimate on that. If you have to pedal your ass off from every light,

Its gotta be thin. This is usually the biggest difference between a good beef stand and a crap one. When it’s thin it’s nice and tender, when it’s not it’s too chewy, and it should never be chewy. And what John referred to as a Beefy, we always just called Gravy Bread. Maybe it’s a north side thing. Here’s a hack for

It’s excellent, but I wish it were a little cheaper. When frozen pizzas go north of $5 I start thinking I might as well spend a few more dollars and get a real fresh made pizza. However, at the usual $6.99, we tell it’s on sale even though we always charge this price, it’s worth it because it has its own taste and

OMG, that was horrific. It’s like if Hanna-Barbarra made live action television.

That’s some Toy Story 2 shit right there. Maybe that’s what the Cars franchise should of been about?

Not sure I get the hate for season 1. I just finished it on Hulu and enjoyed it greatly.

Yep never doubt people’s Disney nostalgia. And also Star Wars and Marvel movie nostalgia. Not to mention all the Disney network content that kids will watch. They have more than enough to keep subscribers happy. New content helps create buzz, which the Mandalorian did, but they were never reliant upon it.

I’ve gotten so much use out of it in SIP. Especially since I discovered bread making. I’m finally using that dough hook.

I guess things really are bigger in Texas.

And since when is there a parade downtown, on a weekday, in the afternoon?

I can and do drink coffee all day, but would never buy it more than once a day. I don’t know how people can afford it.

So this. Every devout Dunkiner I’ve met is always a cream and sugar person. At the very least cream. That stuff is horrendous taken black.  Dunkin Dark is at least drinkable.

This for sure! I’ve also have found these same sites tend to crash a lot because of all the ads and pop up videos. Usually right when I finally get to the recipe.

To each their own I guess.

Yeah your tastes had moved on. I was in the same boat, latchkey kid with access to HBO and Showtime, just a few years later in 88

I think I’ve only seen 3 once all the way through, but I’ve seen 1 and 2 probably 100 times each. 3 is garbage.

I think maybe you were too old the first time you saw it. Maybe exiting your tweens and entering teens. It’s definitely a kiddish movie ,with the main characters all around 12. I’m just a little bit younger early to mid 40's and remember it fondly. I also love Better Off Dead, btw.

Yep and to make it healthy you have to deal with this shit: “minimally processed local grains, fresh organic milk”. Give me a f-ing break. I’m so sick of these people.  The real world us will just add some veggies and maybe stay away from the meat lovers.

I have a popcorn machine, not as nice as this one, and it is just such a pain to clean. I’ve gone back to stove top. It’s easy to do, easy to cleanup, leaves very few unpopped kernels, and tastes awesome. I’ve also found the popcorn stays warmer longer.
