Maybe they are foregoing the personal shields. I might be okay with that. I hated the Lynch geometric shape shields, like a bad 80's video game, and I never thought they were described well enough in the books to visualize. Maybe you could do a nearly invisible thing that only reacts when touched by a weapon.

I agree. I’ve really only seen him in The King, and while he was upstaged by an excellent Patterson, he was pretty good in that. I think that part pairs well with this part too.

Really have enjoyed this show. It’s got a great slow burn to it. I don’t have a good theory of where it will end up. I just hope it pays off in the end. Too many high concept shows get the runner to third, but can’t get him home.

The show should have ended there. She was the mother and Robin and Barney should have stayed together. Done, no one would have been pissed. The whole last season was so annoying to begin with. The whole season dragging out a singular event.

Speaking of great shows with a disappointing ending, Lost. Still the worst finale of all time. The creators spent seasons saying in interviews basically nothing but constantly saying they aren’t dead and it’s not a limbo/heaven thing. Then they made it a limbo/heaven thing.

3 row cross-overs are a pain to get into, and there is basically zero storage when the 3rd row is up. 3 row crosses are for hauling extra people occasionally, like when your 2 kids bring 2 friends. They are not for families for 3+ kids. Then you need a van or a large SUV, but the van is the best tool.
