They sold it back to Hulu itself, so it automatically got divided according to Disney and Comcast’s proportional ownership stakes. So Disney now has 67% and Comcast has 33%.

There’s actually rumors that Comcast may sell their share to Disney. Basically, Disney wants to use Hulu for more adult content from Fox and other studios it owns and may even offer some kind of Disney+/Hulu bundle in the future.

I’d forgotten about all the hot Australians on that show, too. Thank you!

I find it weird that you would interpret his relationship as gay and not as some deep friendship founded on a natural affection for the other.  It’s objectionable b/c it seems forced and is gross.

This was her 1st modeling job. They wanted Diana. And Diana knew she wanted to.be a model and told them she would do it only if they let tracee walk the runway too

I had a poster of him as Blackie from General Hospital, my freshman year of HS

Oh god, yes. I added one anime show because it looked sort of interesting – I haven’t even watched it yet – and now they’re half my recommendations. Same for Korean horror, most of which I 100% could have lived happily never having read the descriptions for.

Yeah, I do...but my roommate doesn’t understand how to use it...my roommate may or may not be an older relative in their 70s...

Haha...it’s the most expensive Roku. You can press a button on the remote and say “Search for movies with Glenn Close” and it will pull up all the movies and channels with Ms. Close. It might be a feature on the newer, cheaper ones!

Oh, god...Continue Watching....my roomie does the same thing! We even have different profiles on there...yet she still uses mine! But I just do what you do, go by recommendations elsewhere and do a verbal search on my Roku. :)

There is a way you can remove movies and shows from the “continue watching”! Settings -> viewing activity -> remove. Once you remove an episode from a show you disliked it will have a pop up saying “soooo...do you wanna get rid of the whole series?” (yes)

Can confirm that my roommate has been watching Asian horror movies mucking up my recommendations. I could watch some My Little Pony in retaliation, but this is a war that cannot be won.

For those who watch the show, whadya think of it?

“The Fall” is a police drama starring Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan. For some reason, Netflix for the longest time had a photo of a tertiary character - some grouchy white-dude cop who has a dozen lines - as the image. Like Dana Scully and the dude from 50 Shades of Grey weren’t going to be a draw, or something?

I think there have been a couple of instances (although I can’t remember the specifics) when I wasn’t interested in a show until after they changed the images.  I know that I don’t watch shows that just have a picture of a bunch of white men.

I think you meant “Set it Up,” 2018's cutest rom-com, not “Set it Off,” a 1996 movie with Jada Pinkett-Smith, Vivica Fox, and Queen Latifah.

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 ovarian cancer in my twenties, and the only reason I was is that I went to the gynecologist for the first time (yes, I know; please, everyone, learn from my fail) and when she was doing the pelvic exam, she noticed my uterus seemed unusually large. I wound up having surgery, as they

I’m just here for Michelle Gomez, tbh.

Me too! I feel like around the New Year’s Eve thing she sort of lost control and it felt like she was trying to hard to publicly recover from that (which, honestly, was so unfair to her. So she was freezing and got mad because shit wasn’t working. God forbid.)

I blame the kid. I mean, everyone on here is trying to blame the adults. None of this would have happened if the kid would just watch itself. Like, look, you’re 2. You can walk. You don’t need people dropping you off, watching you. Sounds like a deadbeat kid to me. Didn’t even say “hey, wrong house”. Nope, just stood
