I still have a couple of my childhood Lesney Matchbox cars, made in England and all. So deadly. I remember the little cardboard box with the cool painting of the car, oh man, good times.

I guess it’s a safer place to start than on the road in a real car, but I imagine there’ll still be a “gap” in the experience. As others pointed out, the feel of the clutch pedal is a distinct thing. Also, would advanced driving games allow you to try (and fail) on hill starts, one of those “three pedals at once”

This is another of will.i.am’s designs, right?

Aha, 60K Sterling, that’s a lot more bread. Back to fantasizing about the Landcruiser then.

Less than 60k? NP all the way!

You can see that the Prancer has rear view mirrors mounted at the back too, it’s a certainty that the “swivel drivers seat” button will be deployed for some backwards driving that will put Mater to shame. I dig it, it’s a better rethink of the original Family Truckster than the “new” Ecto-1.

As with any custom creation, whether it’s a chair or a painting, or a piece of art, for best results the client and artist should have a relationship that extends beyond “here’s the money, do exactly what I say, start now’. The tattoo artist treated her with a lot more respect than she treated him. There’s no

Stupid rich kid can’t even talk street properly. If only he and Conrad Hilton could kill each other as a result of some “beef” in “they hood”.

Saw that too, beautiful!

Looks like they were trying too hard to emulate the original, which also has the axhead pointing up.

I have a Venza (v6 AWD) here in the Hudson Valley. Didn't want an Outback, couldn't afford an Audi. That doesn't leave much in the AWD wagon department. I like it, it's nowhere near as fugly as the crosstour, and it's doing just grand in it's second winter.

I'll take Lemmy Caution's Mustang in Alphaville.

Tried it, didn't like it. Needed an AWD wagon and as you point out, under 35K it's the outback, and the cheapest options from Audi etc are all 40K and up. We ended up getting the v6 AWD Venza. It's a bit more like an actual wagon, and as snoozy as it is, it's not nearly as snoozy as the Ford Edge.

Aren't those Cortina tail lights? Wild.

CP. $6800 bucks can get you a whole lot of good guitar, new or vintage.

The Supermirafiori. My Da had one in Ireland back in the day, we loved it so much. My youngest brother even had a 1:24 Burago die-cast of it. Good times.

Not entirely without precedent. Hanzo the Razor has been known to use creative interrogation techniques.

This is why Mrs Quirk got me a PS3 for my (40+) birthday late last year. Got the GTA V bundle, so I got a 500gb system with a brilliant game right off the bat (for a good price too). Once I'd beaten that, stage two of my plan kicked in: walking to the local gamestop to buy up sweet pre-owned goodness. I think I spend

Back at you.

Just winding you up, I'm not accusing you of being a member of the "get a brain morans" crowd, but as am immigrant I (and we) are always walking a line between acceptance and scrutiny. Many's the time I would be lauded for my achievements in one breath while some typical welfare/moocher label was put on someone else
