I dont think that is a Charger’s door...it wasnt on the list and look like GT-R to me...

So its an equation to the fourth power, stongly dependent on the weight of the vehicle.

Admit that you are racist and you can be on the path to recovery.

While both are feats of engineering and manufacturing, I think the S is the better pick for the title here.

Winning Prizes include:

Well, I (we?) figured out what the best new game should be around jalopnik.....see how many types of cars you can decipher from one compiled image (like the lead image).

What? Most all the oil rich countries are in the Middle East. I would hardly say that was racist.

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

Its be more like “For the low price of $2.99/month/hex you can engage ‘clear mode’ (TM) which will help the driver see where they are traveling more clearly”

Well I am glad that DI is working out for you and your situation. I would not say I am in the same boat at people commuting in from Monks Corner (+30 miles each way). I am just about as close to work as I would like and I get almost two acres on the river with close to 3000' frontage of marsh view. House is only

Yes, I am referring to the tri-county area (Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester) as they would be the people using the transit system, not the 130k people with vacation homes in downtown Charleston.

Yes, the city has less than 200k (something like 130k) but the tri-country area (Chalreston, Dorchester, Berkeley) add up to 800k. Honestly those are the people who would use the transit system, not the 100k people with vacation homes downtown.

Dude, its science. I think they accounted for the added number of tires. Its not about just point load, its about compaction of the soil. Please educate yourself, your logic is making for false conclusions.

You now live on an island....and yet you say your not trapped by bridges. Did you forget what happened to the Wando bridge last year and what kind of cluster that made? I am in West Ashley, 7 miles from Broad/Meeting (city center). Thats about half the distance you are from downtown.

I get it. Wave your magic SIMS hand and *poof* a subway system to all major neighborhoods. The reality is it cost a lot of money. Where is the money supposed to come from? THIS is an extrapolated issue that has little to no resolve yet we want to drop multiple trillion dollars to ideally fix the issue without creating

Sounds like someone isnt very efficient with their money......

While yes it does, the pedestrian bridge doesnt bring out economy any significant addition so policy makes dont give a rats ass. Nor does the public because well, there just arent that many progressive minds here....and even less that care about biking.

I apologize if I came off as not relaxed. I am. And you make some great points. I think what is implied in the article here is that Big Gov needs to develop a plan to relieve cities of congestion. But is it what people want (mass transit that is)?

Wrong. It is an exponential equation (^4). Meaning that one 40,000lb bus does 10,000x more damage than one 4,000lb car. Meaning ONE trip of a bus is equal to 10,000 trips in a car (as the road surface sees it).
