The limiting of police revenues was an absolute victory by the state of Missouri. Eastern Missouri (St. Louis metro) was plagued by innumerable profiteering police departments -- not anymore. Truly a stunning success, visible every day since the law was put in place. In the years since implementation, no downsides for

Your arguement is one. There are many, many others. For every “I just want to charge and go” there is a “I don’t like/feel safe ever going to a gas station” or “I just want to save money” or “I would like a lettle less impact on the environment” or “I just like electric cars” or “I’ll just get a rental for a road

Are you being paid to be part of the petroleum industry and legacy automaker army? If you aren’t, then please stop. They can afford to pay their shameless promoters, you don’t need to do it for free.

I watch this and think, “What a buffoon! Don’t be a buffoon like this”. I can apply this lesson to not just drunk driving, but to the other probable occurrence here — drowsy driving. If setting it to the appropriate theme song gets this eyeworm into more brains, all the better.

“...completely unprofessional way to communicate the dangers...”

Got tricked thinking Blytheville, Arkansas. Should have initially realized that would be a perfect way to a misspelling.

I feel plenty of sympathy for these folks. I believe we should get them into honest, hard-working jobs that would allow them to live in a secure facility where they can get three square meals. Help them get their mind right, while we’re at it.

Oops. Airplane wifi not so good.

Ha! This shit has happened before when I posted a comment from the air on Southwest’s wifi. I went back to edit “blythely” (which is apparently not a word), within seconds of the original post, and voila -- double post!

Was hoping they would just drive right on by the cashier and blythely break through the bar, upon being denied a free pass. I mean, they can certainly afford it, but it sure would be funny. If I was working the gate and heard the recently passed Bob Saget was the owner of the car, I’d have sent them right on through —

He said he went from 1 covid death every week to 0 for the past 8 weeks. If the regular death rate is 2 people per week, when you add 1 to that, you get 3. Not sure you should be calling other people children when you have such a rough time with this sophisticated math problem.  But, go ahead and you do you, genius.

I don’t know everything like you apparently do, but if you have 2 people dying every week and then, all of the sudden you have 3 dying every week — that’s bad, right? And then this magic vaccine comes out and you go back to 2 per week — that is good, right?

Plenty of studies to safely say we have causality.  Plenty of folks trying to finagle their version of "truth", which surprisingly veers way off into ridiculous falsehood.

Are the Germans going to catch all the glitching out Teslas and just about all other cars of the future will be doing soon? Are they going to send cars with 1/2 the battery range off the street, before they leave someone stranded? At least with mechanical stuff inspectors have a prayer.

Maybe David ought to lay off the crack, altogether. Keep crack off the streets, amirite?

Don’t get too sad — just cobble together $80k and get a TRX. Pretty sure that’ll get you plenty to smile about. I’ve always said “trophy truck” to people who ask what car I would want most. I feel like the TRX would be close enough, practical even (ha!). 13 mpg starts to look pretty damn reasonable.

Ok — name finally checks out. All good points, and yet RedBull Vodka reigns supreme. Perhaps the key is to not make your energy/alcoholic drink too cheap.

I’m actually very encouraged to see the Kardashian clan is going to reduce their carbon footprint. Now, if only they/we could reduce/eliminate all of their other footprints...
