The lawsuit should be with the auction house, not Seinfeld. Most of those sales are consignments (per say), and Jerry hands over the car to be sold. The auction house will also verify authenticity. It’s on the auction house to sell accurately, they’re the one taking the money, and releasing the vehicle, title, etc.
