I’ve been using Armor All for interior dressing for years, but have noticed that their quality has not been up to snuff, recently. What would you recommend for dash and other interior plastics?

This has been a big issue with Charleston, SC, which ranks 38th in the nation, with regards to port size, according to Wikipedia. Savannah, GA, which ranks number 19, went full bore to dredge, and expand for the larger PANAMAX ships, while Charleston delayed and delayed. Now, Savannah is ready (or almost there), and

You guys are seriously posting videos from “How It’s Made” as site content? This must be an all time low for a Gawker site.

It will need more fuel, yes, but they can use atmospheric drag to slow down before descent, which will make a difference. Then, because the atmosphere is much thinner, there’s less need to perform the alignment burn to show for atmospheric insertion. Thus, that fuel can be saved for a deceleration at the Martian

That's the gun pod that was mentioned.

Two years since 2011? Did I read that right, or have I already had too much wine?

There are a few of those in PA, and I know of at least one in Greenbelt, MD. I tried to buy a bottle of bourbon while on a business trip, last year, and the doors were locked, despite the OPEN sign being on. I kept banging on the doors until the guy came over, screaming at me that it was drive-through only after like

There’s a very helpful CSR on the Mustang forums named Deysha, and she usually does a good job of escalating things, but I’ve noticed several times where she’s said that she’s unable to assist, because the issues are with dealerships, not with the manufacturer. As always, mileage may vary.

Different materials, yes. The deskhouse is composite, while the hull will be made from steel.

Yup, and a destroyer that doesn’t even do a good job of the things that destroyers are supposed to do, like AAW and ASW. It’s basically a massive, hugely expensive gun platform. Yes, it carries guided missiles, but it can’t do area AAW like the Ticos and Burkes can, nor can it do BMD.

Do you legitimately think that ISIS and other terrorist organizations are the only threats the world faces? If so, I think you should lay off the pipe that you so eloquently accused someone else of smoking.

No, it’s a $5b asset whose secondary or tertiary mission is AAW. A Burke is a $2b asset whose primary mission is AAW.

It’s not really the slope (starboard-port) motion that’s an issue with the Tumblehome design, it’s the pitch (fore-aft). The shape of the hull is designed to slice through waves, but under high sea states, it could pitch down and into a wave, and never recover.

FFG - Guided Missile Fast Frigate

Area AAW, perhaps, but not AAW for a battle group. They have CEC, but no NIFCCA, plus they can currently only utilize the SM-2, not the SM-6. Further, the SM-3 is used for BMD, not the SM-6. They also don’t carry enough missiles to be effective AAW platforms, and since their primary role is strike and NGS, their

The Zumwalt-class wasn’t designed to be a technology demonstrator with an abbreviated build list, it was truncated because of cost and inability to meet mission needs.

Except for the fact that the Zumwalt can’t adequately defend herself against incoming air and BMD attacks. Hence, a huge reason we’re building more and better Burkes.

And you need a Burke, because these things are worth dick for AAW and BMD.

Then all you need is a set of axle-back mufflers. Check out the Roush or Corsa systems. They sound fantastic, and since you’re in NYC, will maintain your emissions controls for the smog testing. I used to live in NJ, and hated annual inspections. Now, in SC, I can delete the cats and put in straight through H/X-pipes

I have a 2016 GT/PP, and while it’s quiet at idle, it sounds great at full tilt, just not as loud as my 2006 GT, which had MAC Boom Tubes.
