I actually even hide it from the desktop. Me likey no icons on my desktop.

HAHAHA! Yeah, it’s funny how they tend to forget!

Actually, my wife really likes sportscar racing, and racing, in general. I don’t know that she’s going to have the attention span for a 24 hour race, but as long as there’s beer or wine, she’ll be fine!

My wife and I have been planning to go to LeMans in 2017, but I want to be there for 2016, when this beastie kills it against the rest of the world!

I was taught to hold speed on the outside of 5, then dive in tight for the apex at 6, and run as wide as you could on exit while mashing the gas and running outside to set up for 7 and 8. I think I tried to hit 5/6 as two apexes a couple times, and just never got the sequence down.

Yep! You’re right! You can carry a ton of speed through 4, but that second apex for 6 always killed me!

I just could never get the rhythm right on that sequence. I haven’t been there since 10b was added, but a buddy of mine did a nice two-wheel run through 10a, right in front of me. I had a nice, sideways off at 9 in a full four-wheel slide. That was loads of fun, particularly when I knew I had to drive my car back to

Well, it’s not my back!

Mind sending her to my house afterwards? My Mustang needs a wax.

Yeah, it’s been...nine years, for me, and I haven’t even taken my Mustang down a drag strip!

Ugh. Gingerman. Has anyone ever gotten turns 4 and 5 right?

Black on black with Aberdeen leather seats, 5-speed manual with a MGW short shifter. Pioneer DVD head unit with backup camera. Currently has a 3DCarbon Eleanor grille, BMR front strut tower brace, C&L Street cold-air intake with Brenspeed-tuned SCT X-Cal 3, and what I believe to be 3DCarbon quarter-window louvers. She

Thanks for covering this, Steve, and again, thanks for the advice you gave me on the subject!

I saw Ant-Man last night, and the only joy I got was the post-credits scene. Jesus, that movie was lame. Michael Douglas was boring, they didn’t let Paul Rudd be funny, and Evangeline Lilly was just meh. I also think they should have gotten Keegan-Michael Key instead of Corey Stoll to play Darren Cross.

What was that shot of the tire that they kept showing? Was that a cutout, or just a GoPro mounted precariously in the wheel well?

Considering the last GT, with a stick axle, and without Track Pack, was keeping up with, and in some instances, beating the then-current M3, I think the current GT will be faster than a Focus. The AWD will help the Focus, but considering the FoST is 3300 pounds, and you’re adding at least a couple hundred for the AWD

From what I know, the build and price tool for 2016 should be going live within the next few days. These QA sites typically get leaked early, so it’s not like this is a stunt, just a fact of the way auto manufacturers do beta testing on their websites.

Any particular reason? The hatch gives you more cargo space, but the Mustang is going to be way faster around a track. I’m not asking to bait you into anything, I’m really interested in why someone would spend more money for a less competent, smaller vehicle...

From what I’ve seen advertised for the Mustang, these numbers are spot on.
