Okay, not to be a crazy hippie but that shampoo brand and many versions of Moroccan oil have silicone in them, which leaves hair shiny but dries it out. I have found pretty good luck with the Loreal sulfate and silicone free shampoos.

Your hair looks great in every photo. Very nice hair. You might try sleeping with your hair in a french braid and see if you wake up with "beach waves." That is what I do. I have Haim hair (or college white girl hair) and I find it really boring. But I also don't enjoy styling my hair, so I live with the boring.
