It’s so weird, isn’t it? They used to have some really high quality stuff for a chain store. And back in the mid 90s, a lot of their stuff was still made in the US, for prices that are comparable to what is made in China now and shitty quality, nearly two decades of inflation later.

In some markets, yes. There is a sustainability issue in some areas of the country. In my area, they’re still using the local ranch for their supply so there has not been a shortage.
