Looking through my local craigslist I can find all the hardware to do the exact same thing for around $2500. Really. A non-running 5-speed 740 wagon is on there right now for $500 and a quick search found a rear-ended-but-running 95 Z28 6speed for $2000. Pipe all the way. I could put this together for under $5000

@SphinxRB: I agree on the Exterior lighting because my home is in a sketchy part of town. My girlfriend's 05 malibu is boring enough to not worry about theft and its "twilight sentinel" keeps things lit for about 2 minutes and it provides enough time for us to notice if there's a kid with hard luck and a chip on his

This is why you wait until you're in your 30s to get married. By then you've honed the skill of ignoring a nagging girlfriend enough to make her your nagging wife.

like @brandegee: said below, Too much pro street. I'd rather see something different out back (like an IRS from an FC or FD) and a lower stance for that price. Nice, but not nice price.

Let's see what Toyota has to offer here:

@Yield2no1: I drove a Christmas tree home once in a yellow 1973 Mustang convertible. One of those would have been handy that day.

If this was my lot, I'd just have the damn thing towed. Hell, I'd find a member of management and tell them.

I'd buy that for a dollar.

beauty, beauty, beauty, WHAT?

@royeraf3: it's not that serious. Shoot the car.

this feature isn't even cool for the length of the video. As a matter of fact I'd get annoyed within the first minute driving it. However if someone hacks the voice-over system to provide Jeremy Clarkson quips berating the driver for buying this version of the mini, I might consider it.

As white trash, I'd like to let y'all know that this asshole is not welcome in my trailer park.

I had to google the AKawareness from the side of the truck. The first thought I had was "AK Awareness wants you to know that you can purchase AK-47 assault rifles. Go out and get one!"

@I-Roll: I'd have to agree with you. My roommate has one and it's small, nimble in city driving, roomy inside, and they come with a bitchin' sound system. When I first saw the second generation I said "WTF" at the single clear backup light and the "SUPER GT" factory front bumper but the "brave little toaster" is

I voted pipe, simply because I've seen e21 and e30 3-series in better condition at the $3o00 mark. It looks okay from pictures but if it was at $2500 I'd say nice price.

When I was a kid, my dad and uncles were into building models. The first model that I got really into building was a white-on-red Jag XK120 roadster and it was beautiful. I must have been about 8 and I had that model mounted onto a plastic plate until I moved away to college.

As I sort of look like a taller version of Zack Galiafanakis, I'll take the after version. I have a guy in LA who's great with interiors.

Unlike most exotics, if you can turn a wrench, you can fix one. Now if only I could get my 6'4", portly frame inside the damn thing...

The rear of the later 928s just isn't as attractive as the earlier ones. It's not as bubbly as I would like. That said, NP. This appears to be as clean a 928 as I've ever seen. Now ditch the wheels and put some 17" Cup or BBS's on it and it's more than worth the price to me

@gigi.laroux007: Please repeat this statement the next time you think about the practice of male circumcision: "It will obviously be a cold day in hell before any man would ever endure any scalpels in a 1 mile radius of his penis"
