He probably does this sort of thing a lot and this time it came back to bite him. I bet he searches his name and sends emails to all sorts of critics of his while including their boss, if possible. 

Isn’t the whole thing just a publicity stunt? There were articles that came out early saying how flirty/steamy the performance was.....days before the actual performance happened. It just feels totally manufactured.

No problem. I remember it coming up in the comments during the season because people were wondering why we weren’t getting some pairings or why Nate wasn’t on the waverider as much.

I believe it was real life personal stuff with his child being born and having some complications with the birth. So they had to work around his schedule and he needed personal time off. Here’s an instagram post with more details:

They don’t have an Office Blu Ray set. I tried to find one. They have some seasons released on Blu Ray, but not all. And some on DVD. There’s a full DVD set but I wanted me some Blu Ray :(

Hmmm...i’ll have to re-watch some of that and see what I was thinking. Do you remember which episode it was where they have that argument and he says they are fine at the fair? I’m trying to remember some stuff (like did he think Eleven was safe in the cabin at the time? Or did he know she was out?).

The fact that he kept trying for the date, even though Joyce was clearly not ready because of Bob was another issue.

It’s possible that he thought the whole magnets falling off the fridge thing was just part of her excuse for not showing up to the date. The minute he realizes there’s an actual russian goon following and attacking him he’s onboard. 

Characters in tv shows are supposed to be likeable

It’s seven episodes but in the timeline of the show it’s only like a day or two. I can understand why he’s not “over it” that quickly. And everyone is also ignoring that he found out she was planning to move away from town without telling him. Not that she needs to tell him but I can see why he’d feel blindsided by…

The season took place in like 3 or 4 days. They were apart for a short period of time. Plus, we saw multiple instances of Dustin trying to contact the others via radio.

And he also mentions how El and Mike have been doing the kissing and inside joke stuff in her room for like 30 or 40 days or something before the season begins. When the season starts we are seeing him at his literal breaking point after putting up with it and not being intrusive for over a month. He’s been tolerating…

And for all the talk of his “protectiveness” towards Eleven, he did not mention her once in conversation on his entire adventure. When it would be highly realistic for him to at least one time make the connection between the Stranger Things happening and the Stranger Thing in his care.
