Neil survived polio when younger. It makes sense he’d trust science.

If you haven’t yet seen them, worth checking out his show Detroiters (with Sam Richardson) and also his episode of Netflix’s “The Characters”.  It’s like a bonus ITYSL episode.

They also said that Kano filled the role of wiseass, comic relief and they didn’t want to repeat the same team as the first movie.  Worked for me.

He doesn’t have a cart. This is clearly a quick in and out visit. Your failure to notice the context in this very serious clip astounds me.

A lot of hardcore GB fans were not on-board with the new movie well before anything was shown to audiences. Yes, there was definitely a lot of misogyny and people complaining because it was a “woman reboot” of the old franchise but I think there’s still plenty of folks who were annoyed with the direction the movie was

Had been meaning to check it out anyway (love Alan Tudyk) but had no idea she was on this too.  I liked her on SV and thought she was a great part in People of Earth.

It wasn’t just one tweet/comment or incident. She had a recent history of saying a lot of fucked up stuff. It finally caught up to her.

Apparently it’s a term called “dead naming” and i’m learning that it’s meant to show that this is who the person is. Elliot isn’t his “new” name. It’s just his name.  I don’t know much about it but have seen others bringing up the concept online when the topic has come up.

Comedian Rhea Butcher also just happened to come out as trans and I think this may help explain the thought process behind it. They mentioned that “My pronouns remain they/them, floating towards some new territory there” which I take to mean that while Rhea may eventually go by “he” as well they just aren’t

Also, just the typical complaint of “just how many serial killers live in/come to Miami?”.   It is borderline insane when you think about how many people Dexter has taken out in such a small area.

I average about 1 to 3 sketches per night that I really enjoy. It definitely depends on the host and how “game” they are to really put the work in.  The lazy ones when they just repeat a bunch of recurring sketches and slide in the host don’t work. But the unique, weird ones where they experiment (especially last one

I felt she shined more in digital shorts than live comedy.  The naked and afraid with Peter Dinklage was hilarious and all her segments with Kyle and Colin always worked for me.

Legit thought this was a parody of Chris Rock bit and was going to say “Everybody wants to be the “True Hebrews”, but nobody want to be the “True Hebrews”.

Who else? I need to re-watch

I believe some people on Reddit reported it being pulled from some international Netflix (maybe UK? I don’t know....because it was pointed out the show has been on Hulu in the US for a little while now).  I’m sure some will get pulled. I still think (hope?) that all these episodes being pulled now will eventually go

Movie starts on a road. One side, is a chicken. Chaos erupts and uncomfortable and frightening tension builds up and events happen on that side of the road. By the end, surrounded by death, the chicken looks around. Danger on all sides. Then, suddenly.....the chicken is decapitated. It’s head is sliced cleanly off by

I loved this show. Didn’t expect it to return and am very happy about this news.

One of the things I think works for some of the recent episodes for me is that I can tell that it’s now (and probably has been for a while but) people who grew up with the Simpsons writing the shows. Not just people coming up with new things but now finding different ways to use the characters and background

Can’t think of specific jokes at the moment but I did really like the Treehouse of Horror recent one that was more focused on Thanksgiving stories than Halloween/Horror stuff.

Rian Johnson makes good movies and I loved TLJ.  But I also didn’t hate the other two so I guess I’m just a casual SW fan.
