isn’t it a weird collision thing where the game thinks Mario is ‘on top’ of block to his side?
I remember when this was first announced, and the emulation scene said unanimously “well, makes sense - the 3DS doesn’t actually have the horsepower to emulate the SNES”
I do think that people would buy a Wii U if a proper Animal Crossing game were to come out for it. You’re severely underestimating how beloved the series is, on top of that though there are so many great games on the Wii U currently. It’s more incentive to buy one. The platforming isn’t as taxing as a Mario game, but it keeps you alert. Plus it does this cool thing where planets are designed to branch out, wrap back around, and connect paths and areas back into one another. Feels like mini open-worlds. Hope you enjoy it!
I think it’s pretty brilliant they frame this remake in the context of Quark’s retelling of events. It means it gets to be different and, if someone wants to complain, too bad - Quark’s an imperfect narrator. So there ;p
I wanna hug you!
If you wanna play Dark Souls 3 on Ultra Hard mode...
you’re right - this is the risk working with someone else’s IP.
I think it’s clever, in a sense that it could help players build empathy. At least a sense of ‘walk a mile in someone else’s shoes’
