That’s not Marilyn Munster, that’s Lilly. Marilyn was the “ugly” one (read not a monster.)

I know this is unpopular in the berserk community. We will never get a definitive ending to this series, which I have been reading for over 20years. I mourned Miura in a way that I have not mourned people in my life that passed. He had a genuine impact on my life. We will never get his ending, and I’ll be saddened by…
Mate, it was one person’s opinion in an internet comment lol, chill! It was also mostly a joke comment poking fun at his lack of backgrounds (and then my laughing at how his writing spiralled quite badly - again, in my opinion).
I can’t believe things like this need to be pointed out to people time and time again. If someone wants to lose weight they need to have a calorie deficit, it’s that simple. It can be achieved by eating less, exercising more to burn more calories, or a combination of the two, that’s it. I’ve struggled with weight for…
Same reason why Tite Kubo always draws explosions in Bleach as big, “blank” (white) geometric shapes. Dude just got a bit lazy.
The most famous, of course, is when Dragon Ball’s Goku has his hair turned from black to spiky yellow when he evolved into his more powerful Super Saiyan form
No timeline has been announced. I’m more incline to believe it’s a new universe so no prior viewing necessary.
I looked up some images of Exia and there is a lot of it’s DNA in this design. I’m sure when it’s on it’s third form or what have you it’ll be more distinct.
I would even argue 0080 War in the Pocket, since Chris’ Gundam Alex is the main plot of the show, told through the eye of Al.
I have a feeling the mechanical designer is Kanetake Ebikawa, he’s most well known for Gundam 00 and Full Metal Panic. the hour glass proportions are just part of his style.
Iron Blooded Orphans is a good watch.
It so far sounds like this series is kicking of a brand new timeline, so there is nothing relavent you’d need to catch up on. But if you like the aesthetics here, this looks similar to Gundam 00, as others have pointed out.
Basically everything had bit of 00 in their DNA since 00. Age did, IBO sort of did, this sort of does too.
It evokes Gundam 00 to me right now, not sure if that is actually the case or not remembering how Gundam 00 looked too clearly.
and that of her mobile suit, the Gundam Aerial, which is slated for a toy line sometime during the summer.
I understand why he might have thought that, but it’s a pity. It’s a well-written chapter regardless, and pretty memorable - Gollum-ish behavior of Thingol regarding the Silmaril, the pointlessly destructive conflict between the dwarves and elves that results in Doriath being sacked (a massive own goal at a time when…
The History of Middle Earth might be for the die hard fans BUT I absolutely loved reading all the work that went into The Silmarillion. One thing I was shocked to learn is that Christopher had to write a chapter himself because his father’s original version of that section was old and had major continuity issues. …
It took me about 4 reads to understand the difference between Feanor, Finrod, Filgolfin, Finarfin, and Fingon.
A new generation gets to see how dense and unreadable 90% of the Silmarillion can be. That said, I’m excited to add a new edition to my collection.
It’s fascinating to me that Christopher Tolkien finished up the Silmarillion, and then spent decades writing additional books showing the decision-making that went into that - the multiple texts, the huge “heliocentric” revision that J.R.R. Tolkien was playing with late in life, and so forth.
