Macrofactor is by far the best app in this space. I am the same way as you I hate when an app starts freaking out because I didn’t follow it exactly.

Time of infection is cut even shorter by vaccination. We vaccinated children for tons of diseases that are less dangerous to them. This is in no way a different.

Theyre NOT resistant to infection theyre resistant to showing symptoms like other folks with robust immune systems. However, being symptomatic has literally nothing to do with being a viral vector.

It’s only the vulnerable populations that need to get vaccinated (or isolate) for THEIR protection

Second, yes the vaccinated are capable of spreading COVID if they have a breakthrough infection and have similar viral loads to an unvaccinated person infected with COVID.

You’re so gungho on defending the mass media group-think conclusion and working backwards that you dismissed the Lancet study out of hand as “objectively untrue.” That’s not how science works.

What’s the end goal by vaccinating all kids?

Since Farrellj might delete my comment I’ll just post it here.

In case he deletes my comment:

Did you know that a recent study in Lancet found that the vaxxed spread the virus just as much as the unvaxxed?

If you live in New York or Quebec you can also call your local representative or MNA and request they accept Ontario’s plan to do away with time shifting all together so we can finally be rid of this antiquated and deadly (Yes deadly, there is a spike in traffic accidents during the time shift period) policy that only

Id agree with you if you do literally the exact opposite of what those articles say they do. As they leave out the steroid use that is rampant in Hollywood, the diets are horribly unsustainable and most rebound hard (Zac Efron literally refuses to ever do the Baywatch prep again), further their diet models are beyond

Also portion sizes are VERY misleading. Three table spoons of olive oil 270 kcal literally 1 lb of broccoli about 150 kcal. Extreme example but thats a huge serving of broccoli for rather limited volume. Three large potatoes goes for about 300 kcal while that is the same as three regular bread slices.

This is great advice. I am the same and its why I avoid very high fat foods and higher fat days. Once I get too much fat in my diet, I just start feeling bad. Some people are literally the exact opposite and my diet would make them feel lousy. Taking ques from your own body to inform your choices is a great idea.

Its weird but I actually think its the opposite. People know how to eat healthy, people don’t know how to lose weight. Too many people say things like “I am eating healthy, but why cant I lose weight?” The answer is simple, they’re eating too much.

  • “Good” fats, like those found in plant oils

There is a lot of misinformation regarding carbs, keto, and I will point them out every time I see them spread by the more zealous online. That being said this is misinformation. There is no data, that I am aware of, that the state of ketosis is damaging to ones body. The major issue is that most people cannot

To be fair “Refeed Days” and “Cheat Days” are two different but linked concepts.

No they don’t... a calorie is a calorie aka a measurement of energy. What you’re describing is the bodies physical responses to fibre, macronutrients, micronutrients, etc. Calories come after all that is processed by your body...

Was just about to write this exact same thing. Also what constitutes a “Scoop” is different for some business. Also if you like buying different kinds of protein and dont stick to one brand or even one product (some products have different scoops from the same brand) then you have to measure it out. I get my protein
