I don't know, but I rather hope it ends up being a Thunderdome situation of him against a whole lot of women who disagree vehemently with his perspective.

Urgh, that's creepy. If it's really necessary to have a photo on such a historically loaded spot, then do it with respect for the event(s) that took place there.

Every single one of those photos shows a person or people who care more about being seen than respecting the lives of others. It's bad enough when it's a memorial, but doing it with a live human? Wow. Callous and really lacking empathy.

I'm so sorry you had to go through all of that. No one should.

You may find the documentary "After Tiller" an interesting (if difficult) watch. They speak with people who need a late-term abortion, and the heartbreak involved in deciding to terminate a much-wanted pregnancy is palpable in those scenes. It's not what you think. These people are making a choice that's anything but

"...,Like For Reals" is where I couldn't contain my snickering anymore. Nice.

You're probably right. My hope is that the artists will get a significant amount of exposure through this venture, and will sell a lot more of their own work, separate of Paul Frank. That way, they'll get way more of the profits. (And there'll be fewer monkeys. Win-win.)

"Excuse me, I have to use the facilities."

30 days. And people wonder why more rape victims don't report their attacks. What's the frigging point? That poor girl.

Ha, I wonder... "Dude, I hate you for coming up with this helmet schtick, I swear I'm gonna pass out it's so hot in here." "Whatever. At least we can go to the store without getting bugged by randoms. You're welcome!"

I'd love to see what this dress would have looked like with the top actually done up.

Has she been listening to TGP?

Coming from a psych perspective, wrt to your patient, it seems to me that his response was stemming from the dissonance of having an infection in a set of genitals that didn't mesh with his self-concept, and not having the resources psychologically to deal with that issue comfortably. I know of a case of a trans man

Likewise. I'm not lazy, I'm a hero! Hooray! :D

Ugh. Right, because if you can't fix it on your own, it's totally your fault. SMILE MORE.

Grit from the kitty litter, or sand from dog paws in my bed. It inevitably sticks to my butt in warmer weather, and waking up with bumgrit makes me bonkers.

Please, please, please file your fingernails. Raggedy nail-edges all up in my ladybusiness is a quick way to end sexytime.

I love when that happens ^_^

You may be a doctor, but you've just demonstrated a real lack of awareness about mental health issues, not to mention empathy for your potential patients. If people experiencing gender dysphoria kill themselves because of depression, what does that stem from? Unresolved dysphoria. We have means to help them resolve
