I don’t think most people that care forget/ignore it. It’s usually part of nearly every discussion I’ve seen online about Toyota’s alternative fuel plans.

Don’t get why the folks praising Toyota for having the wisdom to not get into battery electric forget or ignore that Toyota simply made and continues to make a worse bet on hydrogen.

I’m guessing this issue became obvious during the development of the Cybertruck, and that’s why Tesla suddenly got in the business of selling wraps.

Maybe I’m biased. But I own a 1996 Tacoma with the same engine and drivetrain. Mine is closing in on 300,000 miles. I admit I am pretty OCD about maintenance and change the oil every 3,000 miles. That aside I have owned this since it was new meaning in 2 more years I will have been driving it for 30 years.

I’d be willling to bet that there are far more offensive bumper stickers on other vehicles that are allowed to drive through the drop-off zone.
