I’m STILL playing through Fallout 4. I’m not some crazy completionist or anything, I’ve just found it very enjoyable and as someone who has less time/money to devote to games these days it’s been great to mine so much enjoyment out of it. That may well be, but people didn’t bitch about Samurott and they aren’t bitching about Litten’s final evo. It’s not the lack of gender neutrality making many mad, it’s the fact that they don’t want to pick the girly starter and/or are uncomfortavle with the likelihood that their girly starter will probably be male.

Amelia Cook obviously tried to make as clear as possible that she doesn’t think that the artists should be unable to freely express themselves or that anime has to change to accommodate her opinions. She only wants to express her opinion, which is shared by many others. What’s the harm in that?

Great interview! It’s upsetting that Amelia has to so blatantly (and repeatedly) state that she’s not advocating censorship. I expect there to be quite a few comments that cry censorship at her though.
