Hey, maintenance worker here. The way it was explained to me was that those types of sensors don’t really detect motion, they detect light reflected back at the sensors. Most shoot out a small infared light signal and they turn on when that signal gets bounced back. The problem is that people with dark skin absorb…
Wraith is one the worst characters in the game and that belief is held by anyone who has played the game a decent amount or has watched competitive players.
The GMT channel is great like that! Very informative and smart about how it explains how games work and it’s pretty fair when dishing out the pros and cons of specific game designs. Plus this isn’t the first video he’s done on Hitman!
That’s not really a fair comparison since Apex’s heroes act more like loadouts than classes. Like, Lifeline and Wraith have the same HP and can still do the same damage with all the same weapons, it just that one has a healing drone and the other has a weird shadowstep thing. It’s more about finding good synergies…
This article reminded me of two things:
I don’t think that’s how momentum works? It’s like a Newton’s cradle. It’s not that one ball never had momentum in the first place, it’s just that the force was transferred to the next ball when it ran into it. Sea of Thieves had momentum, but then all the streamers and viewers that made up that momentum jumped to the…
Oh right. I’m playing on PC and forgot that the game was on consoles. OOPS!
“Remember that [aiming down the sights] chokes the spread down which makes it easier to hit that pattern,”
I got randomly paired with two streamers who knew each other and the the entirety of the (extremely) short match they were complimenting each other’s channels, encouraging their chats to follow the other guy, and just having a good ol time shooting the breeze. It was nice!
Yeah, it was just really confusing for a second when we took down the last person and the game didn’t end. Then Pathfinder tried to stab himself so we killed him lol.
Worth noting too is that so long as one person has that legendary shield, the squad won’t be instantly killed if they are all downed! I learned that last night when we took down the final squad at the end of the game but the game didn’t end. It wasn’t until we killed the guy trying to revive himself that the squad was…
Seriously! Every preview I’ve seen makes the multiplayer seem like a afterthought. I really don’t know how you make so many technical and design mistakes if multiplayer was your goal from the beginning.
I don’t really play horror games and the ones I do are just kind of like “oh, that xenomorph jumped out at me” scares that I get over pretty quickly. There are really only two video game spooks that have stuck with me.
“Friendly fire will now do reverse damage to players.”
It’s a bit of a special situation because my workplace is a privately owned gym/theater/conference center/pool and the public library is within *our* space. I don’t really know all the specifics of how it work since that’s not really my purview, but we made some kind of deal with the city when we built our building…
Kind of the same thing here. There are two schools just east and west of my work and we had a pokestop at library connected to our building. So we’d get tons of kids loitering around, causing ruckuses, or taking parking from our customers. The fire/emergency response station across the street (it's...it's a really…
Yeah, whoops. I always get names mixed up.
