I don’t know...if that’s being written by Cates I’d be all over it. But I’ve just this moment checked and it’s Mark Waid so, no. I thought his recent Avengers run was absolutely horrible.

It definitely didn’t come across as a cop-out to me. I’ve been reading Aaron’s Thor since he started, and I feel like this was a beautiful and very fitting (and very earned) ending.

Absolute truth.

This is exactly what I’m thinking. The people who faded are clearly coming back (along with 3.5 billion others) and are protected.

It was 100% his fault half the universe was murdered. They were literally pulling off the glove, and begging him not to mess it up. Peter Quill: greatest mass murderer in universal history. Sorry, second-greatest after God.

right before the movie started, I turned to my friends and said that my fanboy wish was for a Skull appearance. Classic placement for him.

I don’t think it’s a great film. I don’t actually even desire to see it again, which shocks me. I will, once it’s streamable, but I’m not jonesing to see it, and I thought this would be holy grail territory. My bad for having those expectations.

I a longtime fan of uncomfortable work (I think Ivan Brunetti is a national treasure) but Furry Trap actually made me feel bad about myself because I enjoyed it. Simmons is such a brilliant and dark mirror and a phenomenal cartoonist. I look forward to picking up Flayed Corpse pronto.

I think the dialogue was rough, but absolutely everything else about this made for the best DC animated project of the last decade. A gorgeous artistic vision with incredible representations of the villains. One of the best and funnest Batclan stories ever. All hail Sumo Bane and what you get when you mix millions of

I’m a long time Wages of Fear fanatic, but I only discovered Sorcerer a few years ago when I showed a friend Fear and he was like, “This is exactly like this Friedkin movie I love.” I blinked a few times and then located a copy to watch.

They are two of my favorite films. Both so worth watching. What amazing suspense.

This is high comedy.

Shocking that would avoid referring to any of the verifiable-facts-not-opinions that I laid out. You guys are pretty brave, what with that and the ad homina.

These are all facts, not opinions.

Ah yes. Someone awful did it worse, so it makes it okay for your person to do it. Great fucking ethics you have. That’s exactly why this country is shit. I loathed Bush and I hated that he did that at the time (and I still remember it), among so many other things that happened under his presidency. Seriously, he did

Jesus Christ, thank you for the Johns’ hate. He is horrible.

New Gods could accomplish that for the whole DC film universe. Just have some of the “regular” DC superheroes show up in small places as themselves, which people either already know (Superman, Green Lantern, etc.) or that mostly don’t yet (Plastic Man, Question, Hawkperson, etc.). Introduce alien races like the

I feel like people are forgetting that Dolores is not just Dolores but also a mishmash that includes Wyatt. That’s the least internally logical thing within this story...that Arnold would do something like just grafting in Wyatt’s horrible character to Dolores who is struggling with becoming conscious. It’s so

Actually, he posted facts and you returned commentary.
