And you centrists need to build bridges with the left, but you never ever fucking do. It’s only the left who do purity politics apparently, despite the Dems boner for capitalism making support of it a prerequisite.

This is probably the dems biggest problem you can’t run on an anti gun platform in the Midwest the best you can do is simply a status quo on gun rights.
Is that a joke? You can’t think this is progressive?
I don’t think that’s fair at all. I see the current wave of socialist-leaning Democrats as a return to the mission statement of the Great Society initiatives of Johnson. Considering the state of wealth disparity in this country, that sort of unabashedly fiscally liberal stance is philosophically valid and valuable. …
I agree, and Thompson will definitely be back with more support next time around. But that doesn’t excuse the national Dems from ignoring this race.
Special election + Trump/Republican incompetence + Brownback’s devastation of Kansas = there were more than ZERO reason to believe this race would be competitive.
Clinton tried to reach out to Bernie supporters with words, and little action. One glaring example is bringing on a VP candidate that was another centrist, and was the only person in America capable of losing a debate to Mike Pence. And they still voted for her in larger numbers than Clinton voters did for Obama.
First off, James Thompson is awesome, and even though I don’t agree with all his policy positions, he’s the kind of Democrat we need running nationwide.
More things we have to pay for to protect what should already be protected. More things to pay for on top of the prices we are gouged for for crappy speed internet that regularly falls well below what is advertised, without any choices to change it.
VPNs are a solution, but we should not be OK with that solution. I…
Frottage.
That’s the only thing he does with any consistency.
Check out Vivaldi if you liked Opera. It was developed by the designers of Opera and like Opera is now based on Chromium so most Chrome extensions work with it. Unfortunately it doesn’t have the VPN built in, but there are better options for VPN that aren’t terribly expensive. (I use TorGuard)
This has really been the state of American foreign policy since Truman, though. Considering Trump’s rhetoric leading up to the election, I was wondering if he might be the president to break precedent, but now we know that he will continue it just like his predecessors. And we also know that Hillary Clinton would…
Whelp.
How does one courageously protect a flag?
Today’s tweet assessment: three fingers of scotch on the rocks.
First, their current privacy policies disallow it in most cases.
This also has value as a long con.
I don’t disagree with you. In fact, I agree with you a lot in this. But I also believe it’s more dangerous than just influencing media and distracting public attention. I think it’s a serious attempt to declare some kind of martial state and set the stage for bypassing constitutional rights and laws.
Totes agree!
