Typing this is painful for me, a True Warriors Hater, but: It’s crazy to me to think that anybody considers Golden State’s style of basketball boring. The results can get boring, because they’re so efficient and so good they seem to take the drama out of the game, but the style is breathtaking.

BS. Daily drove one for 10 years in every season and it was a great street car. Especially once you learn to drive it which you apparently did not.

The s2000 beats on a Toyobaru like a red headed step child. It has much more power and a much higher redline. If you don’t drive an S2000 like you stole it, it feels not very magical. But once you flog it as it was designed to be flogged, it is a different beast.

You just have to drive it with intent. I like torque a lot. But this car is light and doesn’t need it. It’s not a dragster, and that is fine. Just keep it 2k higher than you would another car and it is all smiles.

Nah. I had one. Terribly miss it. Never found a car that’s more pleasant to drive—and everyone loved the car. My current cars are a 430hp Audi TT-RS 6MTand a 464hp ATS-V 8AT.

I’ve daily driven an AP2 for years. Do I wish it had more torque? Sure. But I don’t think it’s too lacking in torque to drive. Below 6-7,000 RPM it drives like a Miata.
