I’m trying to get my dad’s ‘65 Olds F85 running for the first time in 7 years. It’s turning over by hand but starter stopped activating, so I pulled it and replaced the solenoid last night. Hopefully reinstall today and it turns over. Already drained the fuel and carb looks OK, so maybe it’ll even start.

Psst— get the diesel block edition, pull the motor, have bored out to a 440-460, get some custom 10.25:1 compression pistons and run it on 93.
