Just because you don’t vote down ballot doesn’t mean the rest of us are cool with canceling the primaries. They should have postponed them and made them vote by mail, coronavirus is running rampant in Florida and Illinois now, growing much slower in Ohio. Weird coincidence.

I’ve added in a run on deadlift day... Short warmup then 7 minute run before cool down, started at 6 mph and adding .1 every workout until I can’t finish the run. I’m also trying to run a 5k once a week with my wife. Gets my heart rate up around 175. 

I’ve been on the “Stronglifts” plan for about 4 months now-- it definitely works, but I *had* to add in cardio as well as it wasn’t doing much of anything for my heart and lungs. As far as “looking” in shape though, totally agree.

They’re kinda cool right now, if they let you turn off the T/C nannies and let it drift around it’d be a hell of a lot cooler, and you’d see a bunch of lowered ones on the street and tuner support. From what I’ve heard the traction control is really intrusive and removes some of the fun from the equation.

Steyer is worth about 1.5B... Bloomberg 60+B. Bloomberg could basically dump Steyer’s entire net worth into a GE every 4 years and still have his net worth increase. Steyer is obscenely rich... the amount of money Bloomberg has is just disgusting and immoral.
