Its come out since the late 90's that the oedo line is an emergency relief line with secret food storage centres hidden along its route. Dodge Dart is sort of that “neat looking car” that quickly becomes a “meh car”. It just lacks something. It doesn’t have the outrageousness of the Fiat 500 Abarth, yet it isn’t boring enough to be a Chrysler 200.  

Correction... people aren’t buying small GM cars... they are however buying lots of cheap Kia’s, Hyundai’s and Nissan’s.
