Hillary had nothing to do with sharing the profits. Walmart has huge profits. What it hash't been doing is sharing them with their associates as Sam Walton desired.

If there is a jot of sense in this post you couldn't find it with an electron microscope.

Sure, I guess in your world an individual company that has a relationship with a union is just like repealing minimum wage for everyone.

Why not? We've already gone down the rabbit hole with you and/or Jodark, why the hell not.

Didn't you hear? The plural of anecdote is apparently data.

I don't know the specifics, but I'm guessing there was some wording in the contract that the union didn't want to budge on, lest they weaken their bargaining power with respect to other employees. All of this stuff is typically included in the agreed-upon contract and the arbitrator comes in to settle the dispute.

You should probably read up on stuff before discussion. Like, a handy link provided prior to your comment? Because they discuss the denominations, tracing, all that fun stuff. And for a guy who's sole contribution to this whole thread has been 'well this one time this one guy I knew who worked at this one union did

In what nation-state or economic zone are you referring to when asking how money is created? Or do you mean the simplified version of central banks(primarily privately owned) buying bonds/t-bills/foreign currency? Or the expansion through fractional reserve banking?

That's an amazing response!

Lol where did you receive your degree - the University of Infowars?

The free market doesn't exist you fucking dim-witted rube.

Yet corporations support free markets?

I'm just laughing at the fools who think we should rid ourselves of Unions. Those ignorant of the past are doomed to repeat it.

I had no idea they put a gun to Joe's head, and forced him to apply for a job he knew would involve a union! Someone should call the police, that's super illegal.

He should pray to St Ayn of the Invisible Hand that the Free Market removes him from the bondage of benefits obtained through collective bargaining, maybe

And to answer the first part of your original statement, forming a union isn't a 'problem'.

Um that is not even close to true. You still have to work on company terms, like sick days, vacation, lunch, dress code etc.

A company can force you to do lots of things if you agree to them. For example, a company can force you to dress a certain way. Can force you to say certain things. Can force you to take lunch at a certain time. Can force you to work from x time to y time. The list goes on and on.

OSHA is obvs a secret communist plot to take over 'Murica.

This is true. Unions are not 100% and also not 100% bad. However the good most often outweighs the bad.

Seriously - I'm sure he's enjoying his collectively bargained salary and benefits right now.

It's funny how the private sector jobs weren't good enough somehow...almost as if for the average Joe American unions are a good thing.
