Okay good!

You mentioned property taxes in another thread. My in-laws live on a $2+ million property in Langley, and currently pay about $500/month in property taxes.

If you’re out in the Valley, one thing you can do is convert some of your property to farm use (which has very minimal requirements), and save a bu bunch

I’ll provide you the cons.

I moved away from the Lower Mainland, primarily because the weather is MISERABLE.

If you enjoy perpetual rain, a short summer then it may be your jam.
Also, you will want to look into the potential tax implications of the house. A million dollars seems a bit low, most of my friends in Langley /

That’s not saying much for Army and Navy folks.

There’s a name for that!?

My husband I were shown that, he asked to know the total cost of ownership on each one. When the salesman came back, it was clear that he was recommending the most expensive one.

My brother is a Marine, my brother-in-law is a Marine, and I have several friends that are Marines.

Something that any collector should be able to sort out.

Operative or inoperative automotive vehicles or trailers of any kind or type which are unlicensed shall not be parked or stored in any recreation-conservation, agriculture, residential, office, or RTM zoning district other than in completely enclosed buildings.

Jeez, if that’s a real quote, she sounds like the girl that catfished Birdman

That makes no sense at all. Every church that I’ve been to, even the ones with 10 pews have a stove, a microwave and a sink.

I have been thinking about your assertion re: conservatives and their guns quite a bit lately. I think they are a bit jealous that these guys have the balls to actually do something instead of just talking a good game.

FWIW I agree completely that Capitalism at its core is exploitative and coercive.

“they want non-coercive, non-exploitive social and economic arrangements”

I completely understand the “enemy of my enemy” angle, but ideologically it makes no sense. You can’t have the protections / services that Socialists want without large government.

How are anarchists (anti government people) and socialists (pro big government people) align?

That’s what I figured. Ideologically shouldn’t Libertarians and Conservatives align with the Antifa people?

Please forgive my ignorance, but I’ve had some issues trying to track down a solid answer.

“Death Panels” exist in every system.

His is a 2007, I’m not sure if they have gotten smaller over time.

My husband has an SLK 350 and he’s 6'4".
