I manually review camera footage every night in my small apartment complex. It would be nice to not to have to do that.

PD doesn’t have time to review footage just in case someone comes in.

I get that, but in my experience owning a small apartment building in a small town I have to interact almost daily with the police because drug addicts, etc being on, in, or around my property, it would be nice.

On the flipside, it would be nice to not have to scour through security camera footage to know if tresspassed folks have been on or around your property.

Yup, I have a few in that style, those great more for boating and hanging out on the beach. If you want to be really active, then the 404 / 449 bottoms are perfect.

I’m not sure if super tight is the right description, but they just work. Also, they last forever and don’t start sagging over time. I’ve had some suits for over ten years and they still look new.
