Do we know that it’s Goff’s last days? They were milking the cow till the very end, and it seems like she is that last butterfly left. As long as the fluid doesn’t spoil quick, I think Goff could survive for a fair amount of time.

where was cyborg??
I didn’t have trouble with that; in many if not most of the recent depictions, Batman is the most reluctant Justice League member, despite financing all the cutting-edge bases, satellites, and other high-tech doodads the other heroes rely on. He is generally loath to leave Gotham for any length of time, or for…
I don’t think it was about Affleck, I mean they didn’t have Cavill or Gadot there either.
Related to that two sidenotes. First, while I realize it will never happen, I so desperately want to see a fight with this Peacemaker and Batman. While the fight itself would be short, brutal and utterly one-sided, just imagining the amount of trash talk from Peacemaker before it starts and him having to deal with the…
Something I found a fascinating choice in the show was that at no point Peacemaker special. Don’t get me wrong, he was an elite fighter, but there were two similar ones in Harcourt and Vigilante in the same group. Of which to be frank, I would pick either as a more dangerous physical threat over Chris. All his…
I’d be gobsmacked if his multiple declarations against modern science in recent months didn’t have something to do with it.
I’ve never listened to Joe Rogan, and frankly, I never will.
I agree. The first one could have been trimmed a little and would still have gotten the job of establishing an alternate timeline done.
I agree - the world is ready for full penetration in a Star Trek film.
I know what most Trekkies think of the Kelvin movies. I personally felt the first one was a bloated origin tale and the second one a big mess of disasterporn built around Cumberbatch as not-Khan. But Simon Pegg and Doug Jung righted the ship again with Beyond, which didn’t have any lofty ambitions besides just being…
Sadly, less Anton Yelchin.
“Star Trek 4 will reunite Chris Pine, Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, John Cho, Simon Pegg, and Karl Urban with the Starship Enterprise.”
It’s a dumb take, that’s as old as John Stewart’s tenure on TDS: “Why can’t this one guy, with barely any power, do all these magical things I want him to?”
Really? They were doing Raven’s origin story, and they chose to have her start off as a sheltered, awkward, baby-fat teen. The actor might have been miscast for what fans wanted as Raven, but I don’t she was a bad pick for what the writers of Titans wanted.
I think truly bad actors in larger-budget shows (that actually make it past pilot) are a rarity. Titans had a solid cast. Ritchson was certainly at or near the top, but I felt that most of the actors showed up and did exactly what the writers and directors wanted them to do.
and tune in on weekends for Wait, WAIT! Don’t Clobber Me.
As long as it doesn’t interfere with episodes of All Things Sinister Six
Marvel should really do a podcast called Allfather, Thing Considered
