A Shadow Over Neckdar
Wow, I didn’t realize that shadow on his neck was supposed to be a beard.
Correction: Spotify lost $2 BILLION not $2 million.
Corrections: the one in Goff is the emperor (not the one in Goff’s wife, it just happens to be a female butterfly) and ik-stak-ik-ik or whatever is Goff’s real name, not Murn’s real name.
My working theory about people wanting to live in Gotham is: Low taxes, low housing costs, job openings and few regulations/high corruption , think about it, one billionaire is more or less keeping all the services running on an acceptable level , sure some of the other rich people donate a bit at all those fundraiser…
It makes me love Pattinson all the more that he loves to tease people during interviews. After twilight, he really has to. Those movies moved him to a bigger house, but they must have been crushing boring to make and promote.
My feeling at the end of that scene is that it’s a different kind of test than presented, and Grogu chooses both, which is what Luke wanted. Obviously this is just headcanon, but it seems like they’re purposefully making it a misdirect there in having to choose. Who the hell knows though, maybe it’s just what it is on…
It’s roughly 216 minutes of content that you can think of as fitting in a much larger metaverse of Star Wars content that will encompass years.
It’s funny as well that we should get one of the episode’s many new and returning cameos from Ahsoka Tano (Rosario Dawson), who spends most of her screen time warning against the dangers of attachment. For all of the Jedi philosophizing the show indulges in, none of that seems to exist beyond textural window…
Very true my friend, very true.
Or maybe she is just reliably and consistantly wrong.
That’s the cornerstone of why his show sucks. At best, he’s a guy who will listen to a celebrity duscuss their new movie or brand of vodka, letting them give the sales pitch and nodding along like a late night talk show host. Problem is, he does the same thing for literally every guest, and he tries to pass this off…
gee, its almost like a new variant’s emergence might change things. But i guess that is too complicated for Rogan’s audience.
he’s having people on with differing views which is what you’re supposed to do in a normal society.
“he’s having people on with differing views which is what you’re supposed to do in a normal society.”
No, that’s bullshit. The man is very wrong here. Nobody ever said that getting vaccinated was 100% protection against COVID and the initial studies did not show that, they showed that it reduced the risk of getting hospitalized or dying. The initial analysis only looked at infections in a cursory way anyway.…
Thats implying science and understanding isn't evolving. Also Omikron wasn't around six months ago, he's trying to act smart while actually being dumb.
He might not be technically wrong, but he’s also being simplistic as fuck and doing a little cherry picking here. We’ve been dealing with this for over tow years at this point. The situation has evolved and is complex. That little explainer of his barely scratches the surface.
What I’ve seen is he really provides no push-back. It isn’t like he is saying “You say vaccines don’t work, I have a report here with evidence to the contrary, how do you explain this?” It is more like “wow, you’re really smart so that seems true.”
