I’ve printed and framed this comment, because it is the worst joke ever told.

“Lots of us define ourselves by our job - most times when you meet someone it’s “hi, what’s your name?” “what do you do?” in the first five minutes.”

And the neighborhoods would all be super clean with fabulous restaurants.

Because in 2016, everybody is a hipster. Or a bro. There is nothing else.

“I don’t know the name of the black fellah, but I call him Dwarf, because he’s a sleepy doc. You get it? That’s two dwarfs in one! Pretty good, right? Hehehehehe.”

I’m not sure how you can accuse the Swimsuit Issue of “exploitation” and withholding “fat paychecks” from its models while also talking about the large “sums of money doled out to Heidi Klum and her sisters in swimwear.”

Remember, it was you who shifted the conversation to the underrepresentation of women in the pages of SI. I’m just replying to that topic you raised.

I think it’s probably an overstatement to argue “Entity X does one bad thing which therefore wipes out all the good things they do.” I’d say it merely reduces it.

Cheetos.

I agree. And if we’re being fair, the low sales of SI for Women and struggles of women’s professional sports leagues suggest that women also have a limited interest in women as athletes.

Yeah, I agree that doing way with the swimsuit issue would be the right thing to do. But, I think it’s inaccurate for the OP to have implied that SI fails to expand the view of what women are.

Eliminating the Swimsuit Issue would be a good move.

“Congratulations, SI, for expanding your view of what beauty is, but why don’t we all expand our view of what women are?”

Obviously, you’re free to dislike his music, but it’s untrue to claim he’s a corporate creation.

Look, I don’t want anybody to get hurt, but if there were a pool on Matt Barnes killing an ex someday, I’d call the cops and take the over. Everything about this guy is creepy/scary.

Wait, so he’s not the guy that sang Machine Head and Glycerine?

Temper your excitement, it’s going to be a looooong while.

I agree that campaigns are too long, but I’m not sure what that has to do with Americans being politically uninformed or with an American speaking out in an election year.

“That’s exactly what I’ve been telling the league for 20 years!”
