This story is bullshit.
This story is bullshit.
Oh fuck off.
Hmmmm, how about...
I’m interested in how the jury reached their decision, the damages and the split.
If wasn’t on the OJ jury either.
If by directly involved you mean it happened in their hotel, yes they were directly involved.
I think it's funny you believe that is a good argument.
Yes, it was awkwardly worded for a professional adult.
“Jamie Gilt, a 31-year-old Jacksonville, Florida woman, was shot with a legally-purchased gun by her four-year-old son on tuesday...”
I’m the only one relating facts from trial evidence and depositions.
The hotel never voluntarily gave out room information on one guest to another. The guy stole the information from the room service phone. He then went to the floor, found a room being vacated then went to the front desk and requested that room.
This lawsuit was tantamount to suing a car manufacturer for negligence because they didn’t install a breathalyzer kill switch in their ignition system before a drunk driver killed someone.
Most contracts of this nature have exit clauses that cover eventualities such as this.
And how many Erin Andrews are there in the US? How about Aaron Andrews? The people at the call center simply noted his request, they didn’t know or give a fuck about who Erin, Aaron, Erin or aeron was.
I noticed you didn't address the issue, just a filthy personal attack.
And you seem awfully invested in confusing my efforts to accurately relay the facts of the case with what other hotels do after.
Agreed, being next door had advantages. But IMO he would have found a way to do it no matter what.
And you would expect a minimum wage phone operator at a call center in Omaha to know who Erin Andrews is?
Your information is wrong. The perp sneaked back into the kitchen of the hotel restaurant, waited for personnel to leave, accessed the room service phone, called the switchboard and asked to be connected to EAs room to check on an order. Her room number popped up in the display. That is how most internal phone systems…
Doesn't always work that way. A couple years ago a cousins daughter was getting married in Vegas and they just gave the hotel and said when we book to ask for a room nearby.
