What behavior was that?

As several people who work in the industry pointed out, most if not all hotels reviewed their privacy policies and modified them if needed soon after this incident took place.

YOU made a statement of fact that the hotel enabled a creep. I’m asking YOU on what basis do YOU make that claim.

But you're still getting the names. Isn't that a breach of privacy as well?

What was the bad behavior?

How did the hotel enable the creep?

Why? She could have said NO to the interview.

First, he stays it only took a minute to saw off the peephole then when he filmed it was for about 4 minutes.Andrews room was a suite that was in an alcove at themed of the hall. If you stood in front of the door no one coming down the hallway would see you.

So you're okay with a hotel giving you a list of names of other people who booked at the same time?

I have travelled for manners and never once has a hotel given out another’s room number. They say they can connect you with a room, that is all..

How did the hotel enable the perp?

Andrews didn't sue any other hotel (even ones where the other two videos were shot) just Marriott.

Agreed. But it sounds like this problem was already solved by the hospitality industry long before the trial.

No. Perp requested a room close to EA when he reserved with the call center in Omaha. When he arrived atnthenhotel he was told it wasn’t available and would have to be put on another floor.

All of these are good suggestions. None of them would have prevented what happened to Andrews because the perp went to her floor, saw an adjacent room being vacated and then went to the front desk and requested that specific room.

Doesn't pass the smell test.

Marcia Clark is why OJ got off. She consistently dropped the ball. She's a horrible attorney.

What if the guest isn't in their room?

I don’t have a problem if a hotel cross verifies if someone specifically asks to have a room next to someone.

I never said it was.
