Her Cromwell books are just excellent literature. Cromwell’s narrative voice is a remarkable achievement.

In The Flint Anchor, the humor is definitely low-key, it’s not at all a comedy. I would say that it’s mostly sad and beautiful. I thought it was fantastic.

I recently had a 12 hour flight and my neighbors got up about twice an hour - each. As the aisle seat person, I got no sleep at all.

Completely anecdotal: my kids are easy going and it is perfectly fun to fly with them.
