I like it spicy. I usually make the base out of chopped tomatoes, sweet red peppers, onions, lots of garlic, and if the kids aren’t having any, then a chopped chili pepper. (If they are eating it, I usually chop it and add it to my own portion, although it’s different when you add it raw.)
