You have provided a great service to the world today with these gifs.
Not everyone loses weight from breastfeeding. It made me keep weight ON. Didn't lose a pound until I weaned after a year. For some of these actresses it might not be automatic, but they are usually young and in great shape to start with, which would make losing the weight easier. (I still see it as one of the…
Yes it is a doctor's office. I don't know if he is there much, or in name only, but his name is on the door. I only go for the laser hair removal so I only see the people who do that.
I agree that nurses in hospitals don't get paid enough considering the crap they have to deal with and the importance of what they do, but this office only does minor cosmetic procedures so it seems like a pretty cushy gig. I'm glad I'm getting my hair lasered off (no more shaving—EVER) but I can't say it's important…
They don't do spa/salon services there—only cosmetic medical procedures which would require a medical professional. Everyone seemed to be in agreement. No tipping.
That was the other thing. My procedure didn't take long, and if I had tipped on the amount of the service, it would have been ridiculous considering the amount of time she spent on me.
They don't do typical spa treatments and waxing. They only do procedures that must be done by medical professionals. No more tipping.
Thank you. I thought I was going to get lots of comments saying the opposite, but everyone seems to think the same as you. No tipping.
Thank you. That was kind of my thinking, but the envelopes...
Serious question. You never tip nurses in a doctor's office, right? Well, what about nurses who are doing laser hair removal in a doctor's office? Sort of like a spa treatment. Do you tip? They have little envelopes so they seem to expect it. Yet usually people in tipped professions don't make a very good…
Yes. They think I'm crazy too, but I don't have big family or work in a big office where people regularly sell stuff. I refuse to hit up my friends every month.
Thank you. And, wow, I wasn't even close. Yes, the worst. I don't even hit up my friends for fundraisers for my daughter's school/activities. I write the school a check.
I'll bite. WTF does friend-raising mean? Does it mean cultivating a friendship? Or being friends with someone who is so immature that you have to help raise them up to the level of a normal adult? I am confused.
I grew up in the midwest. But I am talking 40 years ago, when currants might have been a more common ingredient.
We have currants in the US. I had them as a child for baking with at Christmas. Maybe they are not sold anymore...? I'm old. I've never seen fresh currants, only dried. They are like raisins but smaller with a different flavor. I am surprised at all these people who have never heard of currants!
If you don't have rugs and/or carpets, it's probably not worth the expense (and I have one, but I have several large area rugs). I am very happy with it. Works great and we've had it for many years.
Yes. The most important function of technology that is given to children isthe threat of it's potential removal.
Next year, talk constantly about how much you love donuts (even if you don't). It will result in a few Dunkin Donuts gift cards.
We do all know you by now!
