I use yogurt but I don't freeze it. I just put it on a tampon and shove it up there. It's a bit messy but far less so than the drugstore crap which costs far more and takes far longer to work. It is an almost instant cure. Usually only takes one treatment.
Actually it isn't. I used to take acidophilus capsules when I took antibiotics so I wouldn't get a yeast infection, or I would take them once I got the yeast infection.
